Payment
Payment for transportation is due on booking or at the latest 7 days prior (or sooner if booked during same week) to collection/delivery and can be paid by bank transfer or Cash.

For all jobs booked the following time schedules apply in regards to cancellations

a) within 10 days full refund given
b) within 9 to 3 days, 50% refund
c) less than 3 days, no refund given

(in the event of any cancellation there will be a 10% admin fee)

Payments for the transportation of caravans or statics are required in advance of movement and, at the very least, a deposit paid with the balance paid in cash/bank transfer on delivery.

If no payment is received, we reserve the right to impound the caravan/static at one of our depots for a maximum period of 14 days at a rate of £25 storage charge per day, with an additional transportation charge to take the caravan/static to our nearest storage depot.

Once our fees have been paid we will redeliver to the customers choice of location at a charge of £2.50/mile plus £50.

If our fees and charges are not paid within 14 days, we reserve the right to sell the caravan/static in order to retrieve our losses. Once the caravan has been sold, if there is a balance outstanding, we shall either write this off or apply to the court for the balance, alternatively any additional money's left will be sent back to the customer.

The customer will be given seven days' notice prior to the sale of the caravan/static.

Prohibited uses
You may use our services only for lawful purposes. You may not use our site:

a) In any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation.
b) In any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect.

Caravan Collections
We are not insured to carry passengers

We will not be held responsible for items that fall off during transportation, in the event that older or salvaged caravans are transported sunroof's/panals etc should be securely tied down/locked in position, in the event that anything is missing/damaged whilst being transported we will not bear responsibility for that loss/damage.

All Caravans must be ready for our drivers on arrival, In the event that we arrive at the customer's collection point and the caravan is not ready to collect or have to wait at Auction house's etc ie, brakes stuck on, flat tyres, and there is a delay of more than 30 minutes fixing/sorting these problems and/or we are not able to collect the car/van then the fee paid is non-refundable or a waiting charge is applied at the rate of £45/hour (subject to our discretion).

Safety / Weather Conditions
In the event that we are unable to complete a job due to adverse weather conditions ie snow/floods etc, and the job has to be rescheduled for these reasons, provided we are given at least 3 days notice then we will reschedule free of charge.

If my driver arrives to collect a vehicle and the weather conditions are so atrocious that it is not safe to continue the job then the job will be cancelled and no refund will be given this also includes cases whereby my driver has started the job and due to road safety concerns he has to return the car to the collection point

Information Provided
It is the customers' responsibility to provide us with accurate information concerning any caravan we are contracted to collect/deliver.

In the event that we are stopped on the roadside and checked by a government body, (ie, Ministry of Transport/Traffic police etc) and found to be breaking any laws whilst transporting a customers' caravan, due to being given incorrect/misleading information from them, then it is the responsibility of the customer to pay the fines and find alternative transportation to complete the journey.

Any monies paid will not be refunded and there will be additional charges for time wasted as well as any additional fines we have been subjected to. This also applies to any caravans which subsequently turn out to be stolen.

Caravan (includes trailers) Collections
In the event that we arrive to collect a caravan and discover that either the brakes are not working/stuck on/wheels won't roll/flat tyres/lights in op etc then either the caravan movement will be cancelled or a waiting time of £45/hour will be applicable until the caravan is made good, this is at our desecration and in the event that after 1 hour the caravan is still not ready then we shall cancel the job without a refund. If you have any queries concerning the state of a caravan prior to us collecting then ensure you speak to us at least 3 days in advance.

There has to be a spare wheel/tyre with your caravan in the case of a blowout for which we will not be held financially responsible and an additional charge of £25 will be due for the time taken by our driver to change the wheel.

In the event that there is no spare tyre and there is a puncture, there will be an additional charge of £45/hour payable whilst we await a tyre company coming out to repair/replace.

On collection of the caravan, the caravan should be ready to go, in the event that the legs have not been put up and the caravan has yet to be emptied of personal belongings etc then either a waiting charge will be due or the caravan movement will be cancelled without a refund.

We will not be held responsible for any accidents and damage to any caravan in the event that wheel bearings should disintegrate and or the wheel hub starts to get hot due to brakes sticking which results in a wheel coming off or binding which then causes structural damage, the outcome of any damage as a result of this is the owner's responsibility.

Please note that in the event of any caravan being released to us in an unroadworthy condition which then goes on to break down the customer is responsible for recovery of that caravan to its final Destination and in extreme cases, the caravan may be left where it breaks down.

Damage in Transit
Please note we are not responsible for any damage incurred whilst the caravan is in transit i.e. items falling off, stone chips to paintwork or windows etc.

Customer Vehicle and Caravan delivery checks
At the time of delivery, the customer is responsible for ensuring that there is no damage caused to caravan, if the customer notices any damage or issues with the vehicle or caravan this must be pointed out to the driver at the time of delivery and immediately reported to Harry on 07453 575 125 (by text if after 5 pm) this is regardless of the time of the day that it was delivered, we will not accept or admit liability for any damage that is reported to us once our driver has left the delivery location.

By accepting/paying for our 'quote/bid/tender' you are accepting and are bound by our terms and conditions as set above
