1. Payment Terms
1.1 Payment Schedule
Full payment for transportation services is due at the time of booking, or no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled movement date (or sooner if the booking is made within the same week).
1.2 Cancellation Refund Policy
The following refund schedule applies to all cancellations initiated by the customer:
a) More than 14 days’ notice: Full refund
b) 14 to 10 days’ notice: 50% refund
c) Less than 10 days’ notice: No refund
All cancellations are subject to a 10% administrative fee. Any movement orders already placed (minimum £500) will also be charged in full.
1.3 Advance Payment Requirement
A deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance payable via bank transfer or cash on collection. Transportation will not commence without full payment.
1.4 Non-Payment & Impoundment
If payment is not received, we reserve the right to impound the caravan/static at one of our depots for up to 14 days, charged at £200 per day for storage, plus the additional cost of transporting the unit to and from our nearest storage depot.
Once all outstanding fees have been settled, we will re-deliver the caravan/static to the customer’s chosen location. Re-delivery fees will be quoted based on the location, and costs may vary.
1.5 Sale of Caravan/Static for Non-Payment
If outstanding fees remain unpaid after 14 days, we reserve the right to sell the caravan/static to recover our losses.
Customers will receive 7 days’ notice prior to sale.
Any surplus funds remaining after deductions will be returned to the customer.
If a shortfall remains, we may write off the balance or pursue the remainder through legal channels.

2. Prohibited Uses
You may only use our services for lawful purposes. You must not:
a) Use our services in breach of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
b) Engage in any unlawful or fraudulent activity, or any activity with unlawful or fraudulent intent or effect.

3. Caravan Collections
3.1 Passenger Policy
We are not insured to carry passengers under any circumstances.
3.2 Condition of Caravan for Transport
We accept no liability for items that fall off or become damaged during transportation. Customers must ensure that all sunroofs, panels, doors, windows, and other components—especially on older or salvaged caravans—are securely fastened before collection.
3.3 Readiness on Arrival
The caravan must be fully prepared for immediate collection.
If the caravan is not ready when our driver arrives, waiting charges of £125 per hour will apply.
Failure to pay waiting charges will result in cancellation of the job, with the deposit/payment being retained as a cancellation fee.
3.4 Unroadworthy or Inaccurate Information
Deposits/payments will be non-refundable if:
Tyres are flat, rusted, or the caravan is otherwise immobile.
The caravan is not de-sited as previously declared.
The caravan’s dimensions differ from those provided.
If any of the above occur, we reserve the right to leave the site and cancel the job.
3.5 Access Issues at Delivery Location
If access issues arise at delivery due to undisclosed or inaccurate information from the customer, we will deliver the caravan to the nearest safe and accessible position. We will not be liable for failure to place the caravan exactly as intended.

4. Safety and Weather Conditions
4.1 Rescheduling Due to Weather
If adverse weather (e.g., snow, floods) prevents safe transport and rescheduling is necessary, we will rearrange the job free of charge provided at least 10 days’ notice of the new date is given.
4.2 Unsafe Conditions on the Day
If the driver arrives and determines that weather conditions are too unsafe to proceed, the job will be cancelled without refund.
This also applies if a job has commenced but must be abandoned due to road safety concerns; the caravan will be returned to the collection point.

5. Accuracy of Information Provided
5.1
The customer is responsible for ensuring all information provided to us regarding the caravan (size, weight, condition, legal status, etc.) is accurate.
5.2
If we are stopped by any government authority (e.g., Ministry of Transport, Traffic Police) and found to be in breach of laws due to inaccurate or misleading customer information, the customer will be responsible for:
All fines and penalties
Additional transport costs
Any wasted time charges
Arranging alternative transportation
No refunds will be given under these circumstances.
This also applies if the caravan is later found to be stolen.

6. Dispute Resolution
We may, at our discretion, offer mediation to assist in resolving disputes between clients and workmen. Any assistance provided is non-binding, and we are not obligated to intervene.

7. Collection Requirements (Including Trailers)
7.1 Roadworthiness at Collection
If upon arrival we find that the caravan/trailer has:
Non-functioning brakes
Stuck brakes
Wheels that will not turn
Flat tyres
Inoperative lights
…we may cancel the job without refund, or apply waiting charges of £100 per hour at our discretion.
If the caravan is not ready within 1 hour, the job will be cancelled without refund.
7.2 Spare Tyre Requirement
A spare wheel/tyre must be supplied with the caravan.
A £50 charge applies for wheel changes.
If no spare tyre is available, a charge of £50 per hour applies while waiting for a tyre company to attend.
7.3 Caravan Preparedness
Caravans must be emptied of personal belongings and have their legs fully raised before collection. Failure to do so will result in waiting charges or cancellation without refund.
7.4 Mechanical Failures in Transit
We are not liable for damage caused by:
Wheel bearing failure
Brake seizing
Wheel detachment
Structural damage resulting from mechanical failure
If the caravan breaks down due to being in an unroadworthy condition, the customer is responsible for arranging recovery to the final destination. In severe cases, the caravan may be left at the breakdown location.

8. Damage in Transit
We are not responsible for damage occurring during transit including, but not limited to:
Stone chips
Falling panels
Broken windows
Damage to guttering
Items detaching from the caravan
Drivers are not personally liable unless explicitly stated by their insurance.

9. Delivery Inspection
Upon delivery, the customer must inspect the caravan immediately.
Any damage or concerns must be reported before the driver leaves the delivery location AND must be reported to Harry on 079 3313 4708 (text after 5 pm).
We accept no liability for damage reported after the driver’s departure.

10. Acceptance of Terms
By accepting or paying for our quote, bid, or tender, the customer confirms their full acceptance of and agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
